Review Process: Our team will investigate your concern thoroughly and fairly. We may contact you for additional information.
Resolution: We aim to provide a full response or resolution within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we’ll keep you updated.
Not Satisfied with the Outcome?
If your complaint involves a third-party lender and you’re not satisfied with their response, we will help direct you to the appropriate regulatory body or alternative dispute resolution service.
